Do you include Database in your plans?
Yes, MySQL (For PHP) websites or MSSQL Database (windows).
Both database types are included in our plans.
Do customers get a control panel?
Yes, and this gives customers control over such items as: DNS, Create Database, Create Users, FTP Accounts, Email Accounts (add users and passwords), Domain name, Website name/create, File Manager (includes, file up-loader, file zip/unzip, file edit, file rename), My Account (for invoice tracking and payments) and On web store (to buy add-on if required).
Are email accounts added to hosting plans?
Yes, you can set-up x2 email accounts for each website in the web hosting plan.
Do customers get Webmail?
Yes. You will find the link (at the customers links section of the main webpage ).
What is FTP?
Each hosting package comes with x2 FTP (File Transfer) Accounts. This means that you can install a software package onto your computer, ie FileZilla or WSFTP and then use this software to link to the backend of your website space. This software will assist you in setting file/folder permissions and comes with all File Transfer functions. Contact us if you need help with your FTP "user name", "address" and "password".
How do I pay?
Please use the PayPal checkout service or goto your control panel, log-in, and pay your online invoice. (Paypal protects your credit card details). If you wish you could call us 01909 473459 and pay over the phone, via Credit/Debit Card, or, call into/visit our shop and pay over the counter!

You do. Should you wish to move your hosting plan to another hosting company, you have full control over where your domain name is pointing.
How do I point my domain name to other servers?
Go to your Domain Name Admin Area.

Can I add extra Domain Names to my Hosting Plan?
